Amada Fiber Laser – 3.5 kW
Designed for high-precision cutting of thin and medium-thickness materials, delivering clean edges and tight tolerances.
Steel Burn Hyperion Fiber Laser – 8 kW (2 × 6 m)
A high-power, large-format system capable of cutting large sheets and thicker materials with speed and consistency. Ideal for structural, architectural, and heavy-duty components.

Advanced Surface Preparation – Sand Blasting
A key strength of Stelco Romania is our in-house sand blasting capability, which is essential for demanding steel fabrications.
Sand blasting is particularly ideal for:

Hot-rolled steel sheets
Welded profiles and assemblies
Components with mill scale, welding residues, or heavy surface contamination
Benefits of sand blasting before powder coating:

Corrosion Protection - C3 & C4 System Powder Coating
We offer powder coating systems compliant with C3 and C4 corrosion categories according to ISO 12944, making our finishes suitable for:
C3 (Medium corrosivity)
Industrial and urban environments with moderate humidity and pollution
Typical applications: structural steel, architectural elements, machinery frames
C4 (High corrosivity)
Industrial areas with higher humidity or aggressive atmospheres
