CNC Turning – High Precision & Flexible Setup

Our turning department operates two advanced CNC lathes:

  • Okuma L2000 – designed for high-speed, stable turning with excellent precision for small to medium-sized parts.
  • Okuma LB3000 – a robust turning center ideal for larger or more complex components, ensuring accuracy and rigidity during heavy machining.
  • Okuma L3000-e – high-performance CNC turning center designed for precision, reliability, and efficiency. Built with Okuma’s rigid construction and advanced control system, it delivers excellent accuracy and repeatability for medium to large part production

Capabilities include:

  • High-precision OD/ID turning
  • Facing, threading, grooving, and profile turning
  • Production of shafts, flanges, bushings, spacers, and custom machined components
  • Fast changeover for small-batch and prototype work
  • Stable repeatability for serial production

CNC Milling – High Accuracy, Complex Geometries

Our milling department runs two vertical machining centers:

  • Okuma M460 – optimized for tight-tolerance machining and complex surface work
  • Okuma M560 – high-rigidity machine for larger parts and heavier operations

Capabilities include:

  • 3-axis precision machining
  • Pocketing, contouring, drilling, tapping, and surface finishing
  • Machining of aluminium, steel, stainless steel, and special alloys
  • Holding tight tolerances and consistent surface finish
  • Efficient production of custom brackets, plates, housings, and precision components
